08. misleading untrusted device boot msg

“Your device is corrupt. It can’t be trusted and will not boot”

You see this on Moto phones after unlocking bootloader
It shows for about 5 seconds

Basically , there is a boot process , that takes some time.
During that time, the manufactor can display a custom text , image or animation (such as that childisch Moto G4 video during boot)

After unlocking bootloader Motorola simply puts

you can replace that msg with a custom one
