OPM er zijn 2 accounts betrokken : een email (concreet : hotmail) account & een azure account , die vaak/ bij mij toch dezelfde naam hebben.

microsoft azure login in > create a resource > you need a azure account > free account : enkel credit card optie is beschikbaar
Dit komt doordat er reeds een credit card aan zowel azure & het hotmail account gekoppeld werd ?

ok ( eerst azure account verwijderen , dan pas hotmail )
⇥ nu een debit card koppelen aan het hotmail email account

reden : bancontact niet aanvaard ?
poging 2 : eist een CVC , maar dat bestaat niet bij bancontact
( 0 , 004 & 000 gebropbeerd , maar ongeldig )
