I have a OVH Kimsufi bare metal server for €6/month https://www.kimsufi.com/us/en/servers.xml.
Running Arch Linux /w following services:
- OpenVPN
- Mail server (Postfix / Dovecot)
- Authoritative DNS for my domains (NSD)
- Various websites (Nginx / PHP-FPM / MySQL)
- Syncthing for file synchronization ( instead of owncloud , also seafile is possible)
- Seafile for cloud saving / file sharing
- CardDAV / CalDAV (Baikal) for smartphone
- MPD for music streaming
- FTP (vsFTPd)
All of that is running flawlessly so far.
