linux mint capsolock indicator no longer working

heeft een week of zo geduurd , is daarna “vanzelf” goed gekomen, maar daarna terug opnieuw foutief
na restart laptop = ok
na supend / resume : dan is de issue er opnieuw ,

moeglijke oplossing ==> (hier is discussie rond)
xed admin:///etc/default/grub
from:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""

to:
wm : deze lijn staat er reeds

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="atkbd.reset=1"

or

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="atkbd.reset=1 i8042.nomux=1 i8042.reset=1 i8042.nopnp=1 i8042.dumbkbd=1"

save and reboot

UPDATE

na het instaleren van de applet “Numlock indicator” opnieuw terug goed
maar na elke suspend LXM : terug weer weg
applet “BetterLock”
