fist step : have a reliable proxy

  • create a proxy = a device 24/7 online connected to internet
    bijvb a well hidden rasp pi (bought with cash) with a public wifi access

  • or become a proxy = high effort
    buy a laptop WITH cash , never to be used near your home , in a public wifi network
    this ammount of effert implies/means you need to be concerned with surveillance as well
    such as wearing face mask & hoodie

  • use a pre paid data card + burner phone bought with cash

  • on this laptop :

    • never search for stuff that can be related back to you personnaly
    • never turn it on near your home
    • turn it on randomly at different places
