Remove swap partition

remove swap partition

steps
- right click swap partition in GParted and select swapoff (swapoff is also a command line tool)
- use # to comment the swap partition out of fstab.
- delete swap partition in GParted.

no need to boot from a live GParted CD, GParted in LXM does it fine online
