deze key dient om symbols en speciale tekens in te voegen
nota, in azerty keyboard layout zijn een aantal hiervan overbodig , omdat die een reeds in level 1 of 2 zitten
equivalente combo
windows : alt+ctrl + key == altgr + key , this is NOT the case in linux !
linux : alt+ctrl <> altgr ( mostly does nothing)
